Distributing documents and data is critical so business decisions can be made quickly and easily. The purpose of this module is to make this data available to the platforms where its needed or continue as a DocuNECT workflow as part of the documents continued lifecycle.
DocuNECT’s Distribution module provides a flexible set a features for distributing documents and data.
Business Application Integration
Documents and data can be exported to third party document management applications. Systems include OpenText ApplicationXtender, Documentum and Microsoft SharePoint
Make the data available to third party business applications
Export the data to standard formats, such as XML and databases
Create business rules to manage workflows within the DocuNECT Distribution module
Create dashboards providing summary and reporting information
Monitor and manage the different business process tasks
